Liability

The
liability of
mts-vienna company is limited, mts vienna act only as an agent
for the
passengers in all functions pertaining to airport transfer,
tours, attractions,
hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and
services,
sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and
assumes no
liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or
inconveniences which may
occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or
other civil
authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any
cause beyond
mts vienna company control, mts vienna can accept no
responsibility for the
loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule
or other
causes. mts vienna  reserve the right to vary itineraries
in order to
improve each tour, to the tour members’ enjoyment and advantage.
mts vienna reserve the right
to cancel or rescheduled any tour departure in accordance with
operation
requirements.

Price, Payment and
voucher issue

a)
Prices

Price
quotations are
subject to change without notice, If for any reason the price
quoted is not
correct, the team of mts vienna
will contact you for authorization. Tips/gratuities, services
not described in
the product’s description and all other purchases of a personal
nature are not
included.

b)
Payment

All
airport transfers
or any services provided by mts vienna must be pre-paid full
amount or partial
amount whatever stated in the product description page except
otherwise stated.

All
vacation packages
and other services provided by mts vienna must be pre-paid full
amount or
partial amount whatever stated in the vacation package or
service description
page except otherwise stated.

We
accept Visa,
Mastercard and American Express cards or paypal, payments are
via paypal. You
will be charged in euro at the conversion’s rate applicable on
the date of your
booking,

Payment
only through
mts vienna
website www.mts-vienna.com and paypal urls lined
to our website will
forward you to paypal website to complete your payment

Wire
transfer is
accepted to our bank details only announced in our website www.mts-vienna.com

mts
vienna can accept
no responsibility for payment to other parties not provided in
mts-vienna.com

For
round transfer
enquiries that requires driver to stay for one night or more in
other city to
get the client back to his destination, client will be charged
for driver stay
costs that will be calculated and sent to cl

mts vienna cars always
exist in Vienna airport and Vienna city. So if client didn’t
meet the
driver in the pick up place this will nt be an excuse to order a
taxi from
anther company accusing mts vienna
that it did not provide the ordered service. mts Vienna holds no
responsibility for not
processing an order if client did not provide his full mobile
number in booking
web form. In case of client did not meet the driver and client
didn’t receive a
phone call from mts Vienna, client must call us on the announced
phone number
in our website to inform us that he didn’t meet the driver so we
can arrange
for another transfer or arranging with the driver for meeting.

Client must memorize the phone number
announced in our
website after making the booking for emergencies.

In case service wasn’t provided for any
reason 25%
only will be refunded from total service value and client has no
right to ask
for more refund.

c) Voucher issue

after payment mts vienna
will send a confirmation / voucher by e-mail or by fax : this
voucher has to be
printed, as a proof of purchase, and will be presented to the
service provider.

Recieving confirmatation E-mail is a
must to confirm your order, your order will be considerd
unconfirmed as long as you didnot recieve confirmation email

in case of mts vienna didnot send a
confirmation email and service was not provided to client,
client will be refunded 100% of his payment

Mts Vienna cannot be
responsible for any problem that may happen if you don’t receive
or read
carefully your confirmation / voucher.

All information
regarding the
travelers must be correctly given at the time of booking.

All requests for
modifications/amendments must be sent by email to mts vienna

For airport transfer
traveler must
provide his arrival flight number and airline to help checking
late flights or
additional costs will be added for late arrival if flight
information not
provided

In some emergency
cases mts Vienna cannot provide same ordered car mts vienna
reserves the right
to provide a car from same ordered class with no compensation

In some emergency
cases mts Vienna cannot provide
same ordered class so client will be compensated with the
difference amount
between the two classes prices.

mts Vienna is
committed to orders as long as
payment & order is completed in the determined period with
the conditions
stated in each product description page

when ordering the
vienna
airport shared transfer service mts vienna
reserves the right to pick the client up from vienna
airport to aspecific spot in vienna not to an
adress, mts vienna
reserves the right to pick 3 persons in small cars and 8 persons
in minibus

Passenger must
arrive the Vienna airport arrival
hole in a maximum period of 30 minutes starts right after the
plane landing
announcement, if passenger arrived later 10 euro additional cost
will be
calculated.

maximum waiting
period driver will wait the client in the arrivals hole is one
hour. unless client contacted us if he faced a problem or will
be late for some reason except the reason of flight late 10 euro
cost will be charged for each 30 minutes late

Client has no
right to demand a refund if he did not provide us with the
right or complete required information when he was booking the
service.

In case client didn’t meet the driver
(who was already
exists in pick up place provided by client) for the reason that
client didn’t
provide full information or wrong information, and we sent the
driver again to
process same service additional 50%  will
be
charged
on total service value

In case of booking with no enough time
for sending
order confirmation by email we will send you order confirmation
with SMS to
inform you that the driver is waiting for you in pick up address  then client must
follow up by phone and call
us as soon as client arrives to arrival hall

mts Vienna holds no responsibility for
determining
pick up time to airport. Mts Vienna holds no responsibility for
arriving late
to airport or any result for the reason of pick up time. Client
holds all
responsibility to determine pick up time to airport. Client must
consider at
least 1 hour additional to time requested by airport authority
plus 30 to 45
minutes needed from Vienna to airport or more
time in case you will be picked up from an address out Vienna.

d) Working Time :

The Labour Laws prevent the work of any
employee for more
than
eight hours
a day
and commits a break for
1 to 2 hour
and any hours of work over
the said period, the client has to pay it
doubled
Therefore we offer all our services
that have a relation to
these laws
on this basis, the customer
bears these costs in
case that the regular worktime has not been understanding, in
advance to the asked price.

e) Legal
liability :

 Customer
assumes
full responsibility for the
not commitment of
his family with the law in the car while driving. During the
Drive the clients has to sit down and use the belt.It is mot
permitted booking a car for 8 peaople and bring more peaple
than the number reserved.

f) Cancelation :

client rights and to make sure that client and mts Vienna

carefully our terms and conditions and to review the data he
entered for
reservation

reservation is
not subject for cancellation or has special conditions

in order to cancel
an ordered
service client must send a cancellation enquiry by email or fax
to mts vienna

When a client sends
a cancellation
enquiry by email or fax to mts Vienna to cancel
an ordered service this cancelation enquiry must be followed
with a
cancellation confirmation email or fax from mts vienna

Client will afford
all money
transfer fees to or from mts Vienna
as a result of order cancellation

Any way mts vienna
can return client payments to third party, mts Vienna must
return that money to client

Services cancellation terms

Following terms are
applicable for
Vienna airport to Vienna city transfer , transfers to Vienna
hotels, train,
downtown or any address in Vienna city or vice versa unless
agreed on different
conditions

24 hours before the services begin client will be refunded
100% of payment
received

  • Cancellation 6
    hours before the services begin client will be refunded 50% of
    payment received

Following terms
are applicable for
Vienna airport or Vienna city transfer to / from other cities
rather than Vienna
, Vienna city or Vienna airport to Budapest, Bratislava, linz,
Salzburg, ….etc
transfer service or vice versa unless agreed on different
conditions

family vacation packages, honeymoon vacation packages, group
packages … etc
unless agreed on different conditions

In some cases mts
Vienna is an agent providing clients services
from other parties car rentals, apartment rentals, hotel
reservations, .. etc
what ever provided by other third party

Cancellation will be processed according
to terms and
conditions of the third party ( service provider ) and client
will be charged
for all cancellation fees required by third party

·
Client will be charged 5% as mts Vienna
processing fees

 

We will do our best effort to provide
our services
with full satisfaction from your side. But at same time
responsibilities must
be held and shared from both sides in case of causing any fault
in providing
service.
